DESCRIPTION:  Unpacks files to update the drivers for the above-listed network
controllers used in Compaq workstations and servers.

Enhancements/Fixes:
 - Adds new Teaming configuration GUI and Diagnostics utilities for Windows NT
 - Adds support for additional operating systems
 - Includes fix from SoftPaq SP9516, "NC31XX Fast Ethernet NICs Fix for 
    N100NT.SYS Error," which resolves a problem where under moderate to heavy 
    IPX/SPX traffic in Windows NT 4.0, a blue screen error occurs that points 
    to N100NT.SYS.  The error can occur with driver versions 4.29.01.0008 and 
    earlier.  

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change
to that directory.  The file that is downloaded is an self-extracting
executable with a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above.

2. From that drive and directory, execute the downloaded file
and follow the on-screen instructions.  Enter "Y" to confirm
the unpacking of files into the downloaded directory.

3. After the files have been unpacked, you may delete the
SoftPaq file downloaded in step 1.

4. To install the drivers, run the README.BAT file and follow
the instructions.

5. After the installation is completed, you may delete the files
unpacked in step 2.
