DESCRIPTION:  This Softpaq unpacks files for installing the 
Collect Utility Version 4.2.2.1 required to correct the problem where the 
Collect Utility Version 4.21, when used on any Windows NT 4.0 Compaq 
Server with Compaq Management Agents 4.21 and above, displays the 
following error message when executed from the SMS Integration product:
   "No agents loaded" 

Version 4.23 is expected to be available by the end of June.

Enhancements/Fixes:  
 - Supports all versions of Compaq Management Agents for Servers
 - Adds support for Pentium III Processor ID
 - Corrects a Cluster Managment problem

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq to a temporary, empty directory on your 
hard drive.  The file downloaded is a self-extracting executable 
with a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above (sp9995.exe).

2. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions. 
Enter "Y" to confirm the unpacking of files into the download directory
(preferably SystemRoot\Systems32 directory). 

3. After the files have been unpacked, you may delete the self-extracting file 
downloaded in step 1.

4. To run the utility, execute COLLECT.EXE from the download directory.
