DESCRIPTION:  Creates the diskette, "Workstation MVP Pro 128/Mediator II 
for Windows NT 4.0," containing the Mediator II utility used with the 
driver for the MVP Pro 128 Workstation Graphics Controller on the 
above-mentioned Compaq Workstations.

Mediator is a specialized utility designed to manage the placement of 
dialogs and application windows when using an MVP video adapter. 
This utility allows application control over expanding windows to a 
chosen monitor or designating the placement of dialog boxes and application 
windows.

Enhancements/Fixes:
- Updates Hooklink.dll to use less application stack memory.
  This fixes memory errors in the Fidessa Trader application.
- Adds support for the ability to mediate only windows specified in an 
  "AlwaysSubclass" registry key whenever Mediator II is disabled.  
  This allows the user to specify individual windows or applications that 
  they wish to mediate and for all others to be left alone.
- Modifies the installation process.
  Now allows silent installation. 
  Normal installation has not been altered.
- Resolves the Outlook and Netscape taskbar button problem.
- Mediates most 16-bit installations now.
  Fixes memory leak.
  Fixes problem with Microsoft Word 95 and Excel 95.
- Fixes hotkey to 'Display Specialsed Mediator' so that it only 
  displays one Specialized dialog.
- Fixes an issue with AIM management.

HOW TO USE:

1.  Obtain 2 formatted 1.44-MB diskettes.

2.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change to that 
directory.  The file that is downloaded is an executable with a filename based 
on the SoftPaq Number above.

3.  From that drive and directory, execute the downloaded file and follow the 
on-screen instructions.  You will be prompted to insert the formatted diskettes 
in a drive to create the diskettes.

4.  After the diskettes have been created, you may delete the SoftPaq file 
downloaded in step 2.

5.  To Install, see README.TXT on the first diskette.
