DESCRIPTION:  Unpacks the files needed to install Version 2.45 of the 
CPQNF3.LAN driver for Compaq Netflex-3 and Netelligent 10/100 NICs.  

This updated driver resolves the following problems:
 - Incorrect link state, failover, and recovery messages can occur with 
   idle or low traffic on Netware servers configured with Tlan-based NICs.  
 - Incorrect status lights may be displayed on the CIM console that
   reflect a degraded status when no failures have occured.  

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change
to that directory.  The file that is downloaded is an self-extracting
executable with a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above.

2. From that drive and directory, execute the downloaded file
and follow the on-screen instructions.  Enter "Y" to confirm
the unpacking of files into the downloaded directory.

3. After the files have been unpacked, you may delete the
SoftPaq file downloaded in step 1.

4. To install, follow instructions with the software.

5. After the installation is completed, you may delete the files
unpacked in step 2.
