DESCRIPTION:  This softpaq unpacks the files required to 
to correct the problem where System Configuration Utility
is not functioning properly after the system partition has 
been upgraded by the System Partition Upgrade Utility from 
SmartStart Release 4.20, 4.21, and 4.22.

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq to an empty directory on your hard drive and change 
to that directory.  The file that is downloaded is a self-extracting
executable with a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above.

2. From that drive and directory, execute the downloaded file 
and follow the on-screen instructions to unpack the files.
The number of files to be created and total file size is displayed.
You will be given the chance to specify the target directory for 
the files, or default to the download directory.

3. After the files have been created, you may delete the  
self-extracting file downloaded in step 1.

The following files will be extracted:
    CF.INF
    CF3.INF
    CF3A.INF
    Remote.INF
    Spmount.exe
    Spuufix.exe
    Readme.txt

4. Refer to README.TXT for instructions on installing and using the newly download 
software to correct the System Configuration Utility problem.
