DESCRIPTION:  This SoftPaq installs the INF files for the internal V.90 PCI 
modem in the Presario notebook models mentioned above. 

The SoftPaq includes the same versions of these files originally included with 
these Presario notebook models.  This is not an upgrade.  It is offered as a 
convenience to customers who may need to restore the modem driver to their 
notebook for any reason.

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq file SP9664.EXE to a directory on your hard drive.

2. Execute SP9664.EXE and follow the on-screen instructions to install and 
configure the driver. 

3. You must restart the PC before the changes take affect.
