DESCRIPTION: This SoftPaq creates version 3.18.02 of the Compaq System
Management driver for Microsoft Windows NT 3.51.  This version of the
driver corrects the improper loss of power subsystem redundancy 
reported on the Compaq ProLiant 6000, 6500, and 7000, when certain 
models of the 750/500 Watt Hot Plug Redundant Power Supply are installed.

HOW TO USE:

1.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change 
to that directory.  The file that is downloaded (SP9649.EXE) is a 
self-extracting executable file.

2.  From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file and follow 
the on-screen instructions to unpack the files:

SP9649 [ENTER]

The number of files to be created and total file size is displayed.
You will be given the chance to specify the target directory for the 
files, or default to the download directory.  The following files will 
be created:

SYSMGMT.SYS
SETUP.CMD
README.TXT

3.  After the files have been created, you may delete the  
self-extracting file downloaded in step 1.

4. For installation instructions, refer to README.TXT.
