DESCRIPTION:  Unpacks the files to install an updated N100NT.SYS driver for 
the Compaq Fast Ethernet NIC models listed above.  The update resolves a 
problem where under moderate to heavy IPX/SPX traffic in Windows NT 4.0, 
a blue screen error occurs that points to N100NT.SYS.  The error can occur 
with driver versions 4.29.01.0008 and earlier.  

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change
to that directory.  The file that is downloaded is an self-extracting
executable with a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above.

2. From that drive and directory, execute the downloaded file
and follow the on-screen instructions.  Enter "Y" to confirm
the unpacking of files into the downloaded directory.

3. After the files have been unpacked, you may delete the
SoftPaq file downloaded in step 1.

4. After the installation is completed, you may delete the files
unpacked in step 2.
