DESCRIPTION:  Creates a copy of the original driver diskette Ver. 2.10
for the Compaq Netelligent V90 ISA Fax Modem.  The diskette contains 
the modem driver files needed to install the Compaq Netelligent V90 
ISA Fax Modem.  It is provided here as a convenience for customers 
who purchased the Compaq Netelligent V90 ISA Fax Modem, in case they 
need to restore this modem software for any reason.

For customers who purchased the Compaq Netelligent 56K ISA Fax Modem,
the diskette is also a driver upgrade that supports V.90 firmware. 
To upgrade from 56K to V.90 also requires the Netelligent 56K 
ISA Modem K56flex-to-V.90 Firmware Upgrade Wizard 2.21, available in 
SoftPaq SP9248.

HOW TO USE:

1. Obtain a formatted 1.44-MB diskette.

2. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change
   to that directory.  The file that is downloaded is an executable
   with a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above.

3. From that drive and directory, execute the downloaded file
   and follow the on-screen instructions.  You will be prompted to 
   insert the formatted diskette in a drive to create the diskette.

4. After the diskette has been created, you may delete the  
   SoftPaq file downloaded in step 2.

5. Install the modem in the computer according to the instructions
   in the QuickInstall Guide that came with the modem.  When prompted 
   for the modem driver file, enter the path to the driver diskette 
   created above.
