DESCRIPTION:  Updates the System ROM on a Presario 5640.  
This ROM update does not require a diskette.  When the SoftPaq is first run, 
it copies files to the hard drive and requests that the user restart Windows.  
When Windows restarts, it performs the System ROM update.  It then prompts 
the user to shutdown the computer and power it up again.  At that time, the 
System ROM update is in effect.

Enhancements/Fixes:
 - Fixes occassional lockups that occur when Windows 98 starts up.

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq file SP9402.EXE to a directory on your hard drive.

2. Execute SP9402.EXE and follow the on-screen instructions to copy necessary 
files and apply the ROM update.
