DESCRIPTION:  Unpacks the files needed to run a utility that updates
the drivers for the Compaq USB ISDN Adapter.

PREREQUISITES:  Compaq USB ISDN Adapter must have been installed using
                the Compaq CD part# 388093-002. 

ENHAMCEMENTS/FIXES:
- fixes system error when hot-unplugging the device;
- fixes download interruption error for files larger than 700 KB.

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change
   to that directory.  The file that is downloaded is an executable
   with a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above.

2. From that drive and directory, execute the downloaded file and
   follow the on-screen instructions. You will be prompted to confirm
   (or change) the name and location of the directory, into which the
   files contained in the Softpaq will be unpacked.

3. After the files have been unpacked, you may delete the SoftPaq file 
   downloaded in step 1 above.

4. To update the Compaq USB ISDN Adapter drivers, run setup.exe from
   the folder to which you expanded the SoftPaq files, then follow the
   on-screen instructions.

5. For more information on this update, please refer to the README.TXT
   in the folder to which you expanded the SoftPaq files.
