DESCRIPTION:  Unpacks the files needed to run a utility that updates
the drivers for the Compaq Microcom 610 ISDN Controller so that it can
be used with Windows 98.

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change
   to that directory.  The file that is downloaded is an executable
   with a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above.

2. From that drive and directory, execute the downloaded file and
   follow the on-screen instructions. You will be prompted to confirm
   (or change) the name and location of the directory, into which the
   files contained in the Softpaq will be unpacked.

3. After the files have been unpacked, you may delete the SoftPaq file 
   downloaded in step 1 above.

   Controller in Windows 98, refer to the LIESMICH.TXT file.
