DESCRIPTION:  Unpacks the files needed to install the K56flex-to-V.90
Update Wizard for the Compaq Netelligent 56K PC Card Fax Modem.  With
this utility, the user can update the modem firmware to the new ITU
V.90 standard for 56K data transmissions.  Also contains the new INF
file that provides driver support for the V.90 firmware. 

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change
   to that directory.  The file that is downloaded is an executable
   with a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above.

2. From that drive and directory, execute the downloaded file and
   follow the on-screen instructions. You will be prompted to confirm
   (or change) the name and location of the directory, into which the
   files contained in the softpaq will be expanded.

3. After expansion, you may delete the SoftPaq file downloaded in 
   step 1 above.

4. Use a text editor to read and print the README.TXT file, which can
   be found in the directory into which the SoftPaq files were
   expanded.  This file contains detailed instructions on how to 
   install and use the K56flex-to-V.90 Update Wizard.
