DESCRIPTION:  Creates the 2-diskette set for the Compaq Array 
Configuration Utility, which is for Compaq SMART-2, SMART-2SL,
SMART-2DH, Smart Array 3100ES, Smart Array 3200 and Fibre Array 
Controllers. The Array Configuration utility Version 2.10 A cannot 
be installed on the System Partition, and the diskettes for this 
version are not bootable. They are provided to update the ACU on 
Windows NT. It is shipped as diskette(s) on all other products.

HOW TO USE:

1. Obtain two (2) formatted 1.44-MB diskettes.

2. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change 
to that directory.  The file that is downloaded is an executable with 
a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above.

3. From that drive and directory, execute the downloaded file, 
and follow the on-screen instructions.  You will be prompted to 
insert the formatted diskettes in a drive to create the diskettes.

4. After the diskettes have been created, you may delete the  
SoftPaq file downloaded in step 2.


HOW TO UPGRADE THE WINDOWS NT VERSION:

If the Array Configuration Utility is installed online on a 
Windows NT server, follow the directions in the Windows NT Support 
Software Diskette's README.TXT file to perform the upgrade. 
Search for the latest version of the Windows NT Support Software 
Diskette as a downloadable Softpaq from Compaq.
