DESCRIPTION:  Unpacks a file that, when run from the hard drive,
creates a bootable diskette that can update the System ROM on 
Armada 6500 Series notebooks to version 1.36.  This diskette also 
updates the keyboard ROM to version AA552E (same as in SoftPaq SP8210). 

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq (sp8216.exe) to a temporary directory on your 
   hard drive.  The file downloaded is a self-extracting executable 
   with a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above.

2. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions. 
   Enter "Y" to confirm the unpacking of files into the download directory.
   The file 6500-136.exe will be unpacked. 

3. After the file has been unpacked, you may delete the Softpaq file 
   downloaded in step 1.

4. To update the System ROM to version 1.29, and the keyboard ROM to AA552E:
 
    a. Run the file <path>\BIOS_136\6500-136.EXE directly from your hard drive,
       where <path> is the drive and directory from step 2.
       This creates a bootable diskette.  
       (You must have a blank, formatted 1.44 diskette in drive A:)
 
    b. Shutdown the notebook.  Turn it on, allowing it to boot from the 
       created diskette. Follow the on-screen instructions.  If the
       notebook has an earlier System ROM, the update will be applied.
       After the update, remove the diskette and restart the notebook.

5. After the update has been run successfully, you may delete the file 
   unpacked in step 2 from the download directory if you wish.
