DESCRIPTION:  Creates three diskettes containing a utility that 
updates the Compaq Phone Center on computer models mentioned above 
that have 64 MB or more of system RAM installed.  The update resolves
the following errors that may occur when trying to receive a fax using 
the Phone Center:

    "Can?t find FTFAPI32.DLL" 
               or 
    "FAPI32.DLL is missing or corrupted"

HOW TO USE:

1. Obtain three (3) formatted 1.44-MB diskettes.

2. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change 
to that directory.  The file that is downloaded is an executable with 
a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above.

3. From that drive and directory, execute the downloaded file 
and follow the on-screen instructions.  You will be prompted to 
insert the formatted diskettes in a drive to create the diskettes.

4. After the diskettes have been created, you may delete the  
SoftPaq file downloaded in step 2.

5. To install the update, run SETUP.EXE.  For example, with diskette 1 
in drive A, select Start, select Run, then enter: 
   a:\setup

6. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
