DESCRIPTION:  Creates the diskette, "Workstation Fire GL 4000 Drivers for 
Windows NT 4.0," which contains the Windows NT 4.0 drivers for the graphics 
controller used in affected Professional Workstations (see PRODUCTS AFFECTED).

Enhancements/Fixes:  

Fixed features in the following applications:

 - SoftImage (OpenGL application)
   - Fixed antialiasing feature (accumulation buffer)  

 - Pro/Engineer (OpenGL application)
   - Added extension GL_EXT_polygon_offset and GL_EXT_vertex_array.
   - Profile added that disables "Fast Polygon Offset"

 - 3D Studio Max
   - Added extension GL_WIN_swap_hint.
   - Added PFD_COPY_SWAP and PFD_COPY_EXCHANGE to pixelformats. 
     Copy swap is used if application requests the PFD_COPY_SWAP bit.

 - Maya application
   - Fixed crash (Dr. Watson) caused by glDrawPixel() - 
   - Fixed SJ-8586, crash in glDrawPixels().

 - Maya NT application
   - Added profile that disables "Fast Polygon Offset".
   - Fixed glDrawPixels() not working if OpenGL window is moved outside of 
     screen.

 - Java3D application
   - Fixed clipping bug.
   - Improved Vertex Array implementation.

 - Pro/Designer application
   - Added new profile "ProDesigner".
   - Fixed problem caused by multi-threaded application if a thread is 
     deleting a context which is not the current context of the thread.

- Hyper Mesh (OpenGL application)
  - Fixed blending modes that were not HW accelerated.
  - Fixed GL_FEEDBACK mode (corrected wrong coordinates in feedback buffer).
  - Fixed overlay planes that were disabled by the changes for the extensions.

 - Quake II Patch 3.14
   - Fixed floating point inaccuracies when going through different source 
     code paths.

 - ArcView/3D Analyst
   - Fixed floating point inaccuracies when going through different source 
     code paths.

HOW TO USE:

1.  Obtain 1 formatted 1.44-MB diskette.

2.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change to that 
directory.  The file that is downloaded is an executable with a filename based 
on the SoftPaq Number above.

3.  From that drive and directory, execute the downloaded file and follow the 
on-screen instructions.  You will be prompted to insert the formatted diskette 
in a drive to create the diskette.

4.  After the diskette has been created, you may delete the SoftPaq file 
downloaded in step 2.

5.  To Install, refer to README.TXT on the created diskette.
