DESCRIPTION:  Unpacks the files needed to install the Windows 95 
modem driver for Deskpro SB Series, Small Business Solutions.  Includes 
modem driver version 1.4.10.1, INF file, and other software required to 
install and configure a Compaq Presario 56K Data/Fax Modem in the affected 
products running Windows 95.

HOW TO USE:

1.  Download the SoftPaq to a temporary, empty directory on your hard 
drive and change to that directory.  The file that is downloaded is a 
self-extracting executable with a filename based on the SoftPaq Number 
above.

2.  From that drive and directory, execute the downloaded file 
and follow the on-screen instructions to unpack the files.
The number of files to be created and total file size is displayed.
You will be given the chance to specify the target directory for 
the files, or default to the download directory.

3.  After the files have been created, you may delete the  
self-extracting file downloaded in step 1.

4. To install, run SETUP.EXE from the directory that the SoftPaq files 
were unpacked to.  For example, use the task bar to select Start, then Run. 
   
   Enter:
           <path>\SETUP  
           where <path> = drive and directory chosen in step 1

   Select, OK and follow on-screen instructions.

5. When the installation has completed successfully, you may delete the 
unpacked files and the temporary download directory if you wish.
