large self-extracting executable file.  The self-extracting executable file

Enhancements/Fixes:

The release of the Compaq Support Software for Microsoft Windows
NT 3.51, Version 1.31 A, primarily supports the Compaq ATAPI/IDE 
Controller.

Compaq ATAPI/IDE Controller
?	Added support for the new Compaq ATAPI/IDE Controller 
	driver Version 2.21.1, which is only supported on the 
	Compaq Professional Workstation AP200.  For more 
	information about this driver, refer to the section 
	entitled Compaq ATAPI/IDE Controller.

Compaq Support Software Setup for Microsoft Windows NT
?	Added a message prompting the user to reboot after 
	installing the ELSA GLoria-Synergy + 3D Graphics 
	Controller driver because the Compaq Support Software 
	Setup for Microsoft Windows NT Configure button will 
	not work for this component until the system has been 
	rebooted.

Compaq System Management Driver
?	Updated the Compaq System Management driver version from 
	3.06.01 to 3.09.01.

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change 
to that directory.  The file that is downloaded is a self-extracting
executable with a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above.

2. From that drive and directory, execute the downloaded file 
and follow the on-screen instructions to unpack the files.
The number of files to be created and total file size is displayed.
You will be given the chance to specify the target directory for 
the files, or default to the download directory.
The following files will be created:
       README.TXT
       NTSSD.EXE

3. After the files have been created, you may delete the  
self-extracting file downloaded in step 1.

4. From the directory in which the files are created, execute the 
self-extracting executable:
       NTSSD.EXE [ENTER]

5. Follow the instructions on the screen to extract (unzip) the support 
software files to a folder on your hard drive and run the program 
SETUP.EXE to install the software.
