DESCRIPTION:  Unpacks a Hobbs Meter utility that can be used to reset 
the system uptime value for a Compaq Professional Workstation.  
Some workstations report an unusually large value for "Hours in Service" 
(millions of hours) through Compaq Insight Manager.  The utility in 
this SoftPaq can be used to reset this value to 0.

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive.  The
file downloaded is a self-extracting executable with a filename 
based on the SoftPaq Number above.

2. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions. 
Entering "Y" to confirm the unpacking of files creates a new directory 
folder called "hbsreset" in the download directory.  The files unpacked 
into this newly created directory should be:
   HbsReset.exe
   Readme.txt

3. After the directory has been created, you may delete the  
self-extracting file downloaded in step 1.

4. Refer to the Readme.txt file for information on how to run the 
HbsReset.exe utility.
