DESCRIPTION:  Unpacks the files needed to install drivers for the 
Compaq Integrated NetFlex-3/P and Compaq Netelligent 10/100 TX 
Embedded UTP controllers on the Deskpro models mentioned above.
These drivers work with Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows NT 3.51, and 
Windows NT 4.0.  They allow the affected network controller to 
function in various network environments.

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive.
The file downloaded is a self-extracting executable with a filename 
based on the SoftPaq Number above.

2. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions. 
Entering "Y" to confirm the unpacking of files creates a new directory 
folder in the download directory.  All files are unpacked into this 
newly created directory.

3. After the directory has been created, you may delete the  
self-extracting file downloaded in step 1.

4. For installation instructions and locations of drivers for specific
networks, refer to the README.TXT file.

5. After a successful installation, you may delete the directory in step 2
if you wish.
