DESCRIPTION:  Creates a diskette needed to install the Compaq Presario K56Flex 
modem driver upgrade that supports the K56Flex protocol.  This upgrade is ONLY 
for the Singapore Presario models mentioned above.  The upgrade includes an 
updated modem driver, INF files, and the Country Select Applet.

  
Enhancements/Fixes:
 - Updates the modem driver to version 1.4.11.
 - Fixes the Country Select Applet so that the customer will select Singapore.  

HOW TO USE:

1.  Obtain a blank formatted 1.44-MB diskette.

2.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change 
        to that directory.  The file that is downloaded is an executable with 
        a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above.

3.  From that drive and directory, execute the downloaded file. 

4.  After reading the license agreement and typing the word "Agreed".
        Press TAB,
        TYPE A:\ or B:\, corresponding to your 1.44-Mb floppy drive.

5.  After the diskette has been created, you may delete the  
        SoftPaq file downloaded in step 2.

6. To install, run SETUP.EXE from the created diskette.
