DESCRIPTION:  Unpacks the files needed to reinstall the Windows 95 network driver 
for the Netelligent 10/100 TX PCI UTP Controller that comes with the Presario 
Educational models mentioned above.  This is a Windows 95 driver only and will not 
work with DOS or Windows NT. 

This is the same version of the network driver that was originally included with 
these Presario Educational models.  It is provided in this SoftPaq as a convenience 
for users who may need to restore it to their hard drive for any reason.

If you have questions on installing the driver, please first contact the System 
Administrator or Network Administrator for your educational institution.

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq to an empty, temporary directory on your hard drive.
The file downloaded is a self-extracting executable with a filename 
based on the SoftPaq Number above.

2. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions. 
The files are unpacked into the download directory.

3. After the files are unpacked, you may delete the self-extracting file 
downloaded in step 1.

4. To install, run INSTALL.BAT from within Windows.  For installation instructions, 
refer to the file README.TXT.

5. After the installation is completed, you may delete the temporary
directory created in step 1.
