DESCRIPTION:  Creates a diskette to upgrade the Windows NT 4.0 modem driver 
software that supports the internal 560CL Telephony Modem installed as standard 
equipment in the Armada 1500 Series notebook models mentioned above. 

Also supports other Armada 1500 Series notebooks with the Armada 1500 
Series 560CL Telephony Modem option kit installed.  

Enhancements/Fixes:
 - Upgrades driver software to Version 1.4.11.
 - Fixes issues with the uninstall program:
   - Properly removes the Country Select Applet(CSA) from running as a service.
   - Deletes Unimodem registry key created during modem installation.
   - Deletes LegacyCSA registry key created during modem installation.
   - Eliminates "blue screen" error that occurred when a 56OCL Telephony Modem 
     was physically removed without uninstalling the modem drivers and replaced 
     with a Compaq Armada 1500 Series 336 Telephony Modem (LAPTOP.SYS was not 
     properly de-registering with the modem drivers).  

HOW TO USE:

1. Obtain a formatted 1.44-MB diskette.

2. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change 
to that directory.  The file that is downloaded is an executable with 
a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above.

3. From that drive and directory, execute the downloaded file 
and follow the on-screen instructions.  You will be prompted to 
insert the formatted diskette in a drive to create the diskette.

4. After the diskette has been created, you may delete the  
SoftPaq file downloaded in step 2.

5. To install, refer to the README.TXT file on the diskette.
