DESCRIPTION:   This release provides updated system ROM images
for the latest maintenance releases of ProLiant 6000, server
ProLiant 6500, ProLiant 7000 products.

                Added support for MPS 1.4 compliance.

                Allow use of up to 8 Compaq SMART 2P Array Controllers.

                Clear CMOS reset code to prevent skipping the hard reset
                in the event that an OS has left behind stale data.

HOW TO USE:

1.  Obtain a formatted 1.44 MB diskette.

2.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change to that directory.
The file that is downloaded is SP6466.EXE.

3.  From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file:
SP6466 [ENTER]
You will be prompted to place the formatted 1.44 MB diskette into a diskette drive to
create diskette.

4.  After the diskette is created, you may delete the downloaded file
SP6466.EXE if you wish.

5.  Refer to README.TXT on the diskette for instructions on installing and using the
software.
