DESCRIPTION: Creates a bootable diskette that will upgrade the firmware in the 
Remote Insight Board/PCI to version 1.04.

Enhancements/Fixes:
1. Wrong country setting returned for the Compaq/Microcom 420 PCMCIA modem.
2. Keyboard control lost in Remote Console when user diags is run.
3. RIB may stop responding after a server reset on some high end servers.
4. RIB may stop responding after RIB is reset on some high end servers.
5. NIC may drop offline.
6. Integrated Management Log support is out of date.
7. Server may stop responding during heavy SNMP and Remote Console traffic.
8. RIB may conflict with other PCI bridges that share the same PCI bus.
9. Added support for the 3Com 3CCM156B PCMCIA modem.
   
HOW TO USE:

1.  Obtain a formatted 1.44-MB diskette.

2.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change 
to that directory.  The file that is downloaded is an executable with 
a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above.

3.  From that drive and directory, execute the downloaded file 
and follow the on-screen instructions.  You will be prompted to 
insert the formatted diskette in a drive to create the diskette.

4.  After the diskette has been created, you may delete the  
SoftPaq file downloaded in step 2.

5.  Insert and reboot the server with the Remote Insight Board/PCI from the
diskette. Follow the directions in Rompaq when it starts.
