DESCRIPTION:  Creates four (4) diskettes containing the Compaq 
Wellness driver.  The first diskette contains the Compaq Wellness
driver version 2.24 for SCO UnixWare 2, the second diskette contains
the Compaq Wellness driver version 7.24 for SCO UnixWare 7 and the
third and fourth diskette contains the drivers for SCO OpenServer
Release 5.  This version of the driver corrects the improper loss
of power subsystem redundancy reported on the Compaq ProLiant 6000,
6500, and 7000, when certain models of the 750/500 Watt Hot Plug
Redudnant Power Supply are installed.

HOW TO USE:

1.  Obtain four (4) 1.44-MB diskettes.

2.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change 
to that directory.  The file that is downloaded is SP6168.EXE

3.  From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file:
SP6168 [ENTER]
The following files should be created:
        QRST5.EXE
        EFS24._01
        EFS24._02
        EFS24._03
        EFS24._04
        README.TXT

4.  After the files are created, you may delete the downloaded file 
    SP6168.EXE if you wish.

5.  Refer to README.TXT for instructions on creating the
    four (4) diskettes.
