DESCRIPTION:  Creates five (5) diskettes containing the Compaq 
Extended Feature Supplement 7.24 for SCO UnixWare 7.  This is a 
collection of device drivers to provide maximum performance with 
Compaq hardware.  It also includes several utilities to monitor 
and increase the performance of your Compaq server.

HOW TO USE:

1.  Obtain five (5) 1.44-MB diskettes.

2.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change 
to that directory.  The file that is downloaded is SP6143.EXE

3.  From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file:
SP6143 [ENTER]
The following files should be created:
        QRST5.EXE
        UES724US._01
        UES724US._02
        UES724US._03
        UES724US._04
        UES724US._05
        README.TXT

4.  After the files are created, you may delete the downloaded file 
    SP6143.EXE if you wish.

5.  Refer to README.TXT for instructions on creating the
    five (5) diskettes.
