DESCRIPTION:  Creates three (3) diskettes containing the Compaq 
Extended Feature Supplement 7.21 for SCO UnixWare 7.  This is a 
collection of device drivers to provide maximum performance with 
Compaq hardware.  It also includes several utilities to monitor 
and increase the performance of your Compaq server.

HOW TO USE:

1.  Obtain four (4) 1.44-MB diskettes.

2.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change 
to that directory.  The file that is downloaded is sp6040.EXE

3.  From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file:
sp6040 [ENTER]
The following files should be created:
QRST5.EXE
EFS721._01
EFS721._02
EFS721._03
EFS721._04
README.TXT

4.  After the files are created, you may delete the downloaded file 
    SP6040.EXE if you wish.

5.  Refer to README.TXT for instructions on creating the
    four (4) diskettes.
