DESCRIPTION:  Creates the Flash Recovery ROMPaq Firmware Diskette for the 
Compaq Professional Workstation 5100.  The flash recovery diskette is used
when the System ROM is corrupt and a normal ROMPaq diskette will not work
because no video is available.  The flash recovery ROMPaq overcomes this 
situation by using a combination of system beeps and system LEDs to communicate 
with the user.  The diskette contains an image of the 01-23-98 System ROM. 

Enhancements/Fixes:
- Includes 333-Mhz processor support with latest patch for multiple processors.	
- Extends MP tables for NT 5.0.
- Adds Remote Security and Remote Flash capabilities.
- Allows power LED to be enabled in F10 Setup to blink during Energy Save Mode.
- Allows Infrared Port to be enabled in F10 Setup.
- Adds support for ECC error reporting in latest health driver (NTSSD v2.04).
- Fixes Plug-and-Play NIC cards that report RIPL errors.
- Fixes parallel port initialization.  Printer works correctly if 
  powered on AFTER booting operating system.

HOW TO USE:

1. Obtain a formatted 1.44-MB diskette.

2. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change 
to that directory.  The file that is downloaded is an executable with 
a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above.

3. From that drive and directory, execute the downloaded file 
and follow the on-screen instructions.  You will be prompted to 
insert the formatted diskette in a drive to create the diskette.

4. After the diskette has been created, you may delete the  
SoftPaq file downloaded in step 2.

5. Detailed instructions on how to use the flash recovery diskette are 
in a README.TXT file located on the flash diskette.
