dated 04/25/97.

IMPORTANT: Do not install this update if PCCARD.VXD is already dated 04/25/97

Enhancements/Fixes:

This version fixes the following problems that occur when running
Microsoft Windows 95 OEM Service Release 2 (OSR2). Refer to documentation
in the SoftPaq for greater detail behind the issues.

 - Supports the Advanced Power Management function of Resume On Ring
for PC Card (PCMCIA) modems which comply with the PC Card 2.x
specification as well as the PC Card 5.x specification. Without this
update, this function is supported for the PC Card 5.x specification
   only.

 - The computer may lock up unexpectedly when using an Intel ProShare
   PC Card.

 - A PC Card device may not be recognized if it is removed and then
   reinserted.

 - When a PC Card modem is powered off automatically by power management,
it is not powered on again when needed.

- When an SRAM card is the first card inserted into certain docking
stations after the computer boots, the computer may lock up.

- Data read or copied from a ROM PC Card device may be corrupted.

- Some Cardbus cards, such as certain SCSI cards, will cause the system
to lock up when it resumes from suspend mode.

SoftPaq file downloaded in step 2.
