DESCRIPTION:  Unpacks the files needed to install the MS Windows 
NT 4.0 video driver for the Matrox Millennium, Performance, or Millennium II 
video controller used in certain Deskpro models (see Products Affected).  
Optionally allows two installation diskettes to be created.

Enhancements/Fixes:
 - Fixes system lockup in dual-screen operation.
 - Fixes problem in which Bus Mastering Registers were not initializing.

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq to a temporary, EMPTY directory on your 
hard drive.  The file downloaded is a self-extracting executable 
with a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above.

2. From the download directory, execute the SoftPaq.  When executed 
with no parameters, files are extracted into the current directory.
To extract the files into a different directory, specify the complete 
path of the directory as a parameter:

     SPxxxx <path> 

Enter "Y" to confirm and files are unpacked into the folders 
Disk_01 and Disk_02, which are created in the download directory or 
the directory specified.  

3. After the files have been created, you may delete the  
self-extracting file downloaded in step 1.

4. The driver may be installed directly from the files on the download 
directory or two installation diskettes can be created.  
To create the optional installation diskettes, run MAKEDISK.BAT.

To install the driver, run the downloaded file SETUP.EXE.  
For example, enter:

   c:\<path>\disk_01\setup 

   where <path> is the drive and directory chosen in step 2

Or if installing from the first created diskette, enter:

   a:\setup 

5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
