DESCRIPTION:  Creates a set of utility files that can be used with Intel 
LANDesk Configuration Manager (LCM) to restore the 03/23/98 version 
System ROM and/or change the Language Module option in F10 Setup
in the Deskpro EP/SB Series models with a 686T1 Family ROM.  
The ROM Family and ROM date can be determined by running F10 Setup.
LANDesk Configuration Manager is a remote configuration and program loading 
tool for network PCs.  

This is the same System ROM version that was originally included on the affected 
models.  It is not an upgrade.  It is made available here as a convenience for users 
who may need to restore it to their computer for any reason.  The standard ROMPaq will 
not run under LCM.

This ROM includes a ROM-based F10 Setup.  A Language Module option allows the user to 
select the language used in F10 Setup: Danish, Dutch, English, Finnish, French, German, 
Italian, Norwegian, Portuguese, Spanish, or Swedish.  

NOTE:  The user sees the chosen language only in F10 Setup, not in the operating system.

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive.
The file downloaded is a self-extracting executable with a filename 
based on the SoftPaq Number above.

2. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions. 
Entering "Y" confirms the unpacking of several files. 

3. After the files have been created, you may delete the  
self-extracting file downloaded in step 1.

4. Refer to the file ASSIGNPW.TXT for instructions about the use of the 
utility programs.
