DESCRIPTION:  This SoftPaq is for Japanese products, and cannot be run in 
United States mode.  It unpacks a file containing a patch to fix the 
problem where the UPS (Uninterrupted Power Suppply) fails because the 
serial port does not respond properly.  This patch restores the serial port 
communications between the CPU and the UPS for systems running one of the 
versions of Novell NetWare given above.  

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change 
to that directory.  The file that is downloaded is an executable with 
a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above.

2. From that drive and directory, execute the downloaded file 
and follow the on-screen instructions.  This unpacks the file CPQUPS.NLM.

3. After the file has been unpacked, you may delete the SoftPaq file 
downloaded in step 1.

4. For installation instructions, refer to the opening message on the 
screen when executing step 2 above.
