DESCRIPTION:    This Softpaq creates five diskettes for the CIM
                Agents for OS/2, v3.85. These diskettes contain all
                of the agents for OS/2. For details on enhancements
		to the agents and installation, refer to the
		README.TXT on the generated diskette.

Supported Products:

   The Compaq Insight Management Agents for OS/2 have been tested on
   the following Compaq Products:
   
   	Compaq SystemPro family of servers (all models)
   	Compaq ProSignia family of servers (all models)
  	Compaq ProLiant family of servers (all models)

Enhancements and Fixes:
   
   Added support for ProLiant 6400R.
   Added support for 64 bit Dual Channel Wide Ultra-2 SCSI Adapter.  

UPDATES: None             

HOW TO USE:             

   1. Download the Softpaq to an empty directory on your 
      hard drive and change to that directory. The file that 
      is downloaded is an executable with a filename based on
      the SoftPaq Number above i.e SP4732.EXE.

   2. From that drive and directory, execute the downloaded
      Softpaq file. The following files should be created:
         QRST5.EXE
         CIM385._01
         CIM385._02
	 CIM385._03
	 CIM385._04
	 CIM385._05
         SP4732.TXT

   3. Obtain five formatted 1.44 MB diskettes.

   4. Run the QRST5.EXE and follow the on-screen instructions.

   5. After the diskette is created, you may delete the 
      downloaded file (SP4732.EXE) and the other files created 
      on your hard drive in step 1.

   6. To install the Compaq Insight Management Agents for OS/2,
      refer to README.TXT on the diskette for installation
      instructions and additional information.
		OR
      Run a:\install and follow the on-screen instruction.

   7. Remove the diskette.

   8. Reboot ther server after the installation.
