DESCRIPTION:    This Softpaq creates two diskettes for the CIM
                Agents for OS/2, v3.80. These diskettes contain all
                of the agents for OS/2. For details on enhancements
		to the agents and installation, refer to the
		README.TXT on the generated diskette.

Enhancements/Fixes:
 - Added support for new Remote Insight Board/PCI
 - Added support for IDA Duplex controllers
 - Added support for Compaq Smart Array 3100ES Controller 
 - Added support for the following new Compaq servers:
	ProLiant 1850
        ProLiant 6000 Pentium Pro
	ProLiant 6000 Pentium II Xeon
	ProLiant 7000 Pentium Pro 
	ProLiant 7000 Pentium II Xeon

UPDATES:   None             

HOW TO USE:             

   1.Download the Softpaq to an empty directory on your 
     hard drive and change to that directory. The file that 
     is downloaded is an executable with a filename based on
     the SoftPaq Number above i.e SP4728.EXE.

   2.From that drive and directory, execute the downloaded
     Softpaq file. The following files should be created:
         QRST5.EXE
         CIM380._01
         CIM380._02
         SP4728.TXT

   3. Obtain two formatted 1.44 MB diskettes.

   4. Run the QRST5.EXE and follow the on-screen instructions.

   5. After the diskette is created, you may delete the 
      downloaded file (SP4728.EXE) and the other files created 
      on your hard drive in step 1.

   6. To install the Compaq Insight Management Agents for OS/2,
      refer to README.TXT on the diskette for installation
      instructions and additional information.
		OR
      Run a:\install and follow the on-screen instruction.

   7.  Remove the diskette.

   8. Reboot ther server after the installation.
