DESCRIPTION:
The Compaq Windows 95 SSD contains drivers and utilities that enable
the user to take advantage of specific capabilities and features
offered on Compaq Server products for the Microsoft Windows'95
environment. The SSD contains a GUI based installation utility which
completely automates the Compaq driver installation process. It
includes support for SCSI Controllers, Array Controllers and Network
Controllers.
This release of the SSD supports the following Compaq Servers:

HOW TO USE:
1. Obtain a formatted 1.44 MB diskette.
2. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and
change to that directory. The file that is downloaded is
SP4727.EXE.
3. From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file:
SP4727 [ENTER]
The following files should be created:
QRST5.EXE
SP4727.TXT
182768US._01
4. To create the diskette, at the DOS prompt run :
QRST5 [ENTER]
Follow the on-screen instructions, which prompt you when to
insert the DOS formatted diskette and allow you to print label.
5. After the SSD diskette is created, you may delete the downloaded
file SP4727.EXE and the other files it creates on the download
directory if you wish.
