DESCRIPTION:  This SoftPaq is for Japanese products, and cannot be run 
in United States mode.  It creates a diskette with an update to resolve
the problem where a Presario model 4190 or 3070 locks up when the customer 
attempts to open the Reference Library in Presario Help Center. 

Prior to applying this update, the following error message is displayed:

\\Gtr\temp\Releases\japanese\JP960916.1900\Help\LIBRARY.CNT cannot be opened. 

The computer would lock up when the OK button was selected after this 
message, requiring the customer to power down the computer and restart it.

HOW TO USE:

1. Obtain a formatted 1.44 MB diskette.

2. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change 
to that directory.  The file that is downloaded is an executable with 
a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above.

3. From that drive and directory, execute the downloaded file 
and follow the on-screen instructions.  You will be prompted to 
insert the formatted diskette in a drive to create the diskette.

4. After the diskette has been created, you may delete the  
SoftPaq file downloaded in step 2.

5. For installation instructions, run README on the created diskette.
