Matrox Millennium, Performance or Millennium II controller, click on the 
System icon in the Windows 95 Control Panel, the Device Manager tab, and the 
Display Adapters icon.

DESCRIPTION:  Unpacks the files needed to install the Microsoft Windows 95 
display driver for the Matrox Millenium, Performance, and Millennium II Controllers 
used in the above-mentioned Deskpro and ProLinea computers.  
The driver is translated into English, French, Italian, German, and Spanish. 

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the Softpaq to a temporary, empty directory on your hard drive.  
The file downloaded is a self-extracting executable with the file name based 
on the Softpaq Number above.

2. From the download directory, execute the SoftPaq.  When executed with no 
parameters, files are extracted into the current directory.   To extract the 
files into a different directory, specify the complete path of the directory 
as a parameter:

SPXXXX <path>

Enter "Y" to confirm and files are unpacked into the download directory or the 
directory specified.

3. After the files have been created, you may delete the self-exctracting file 
downloaded in step 1.

4. The driver may be installed directly from the files on the download 
directory or a driver diskette can be created.  

To create a driver diskette, run MAKEDISK.BAT.

To install the driver, run SETUP.EXE from the download directory.
For example, select Start, Run, then type the path to the download directory 
and SETUP.  Press the Enter key or click OK.
   c:\<path>\disk_01\setup
Or if installing from a created diskette, enter:
   a:\setup
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
