DESCRIPTION:  This SoftPaq creates four diskettes, the two-diskette set of 
Compaq Support Software for Microsoft Windows NT 4.00 plus two diskettes with 
video and audio drivers.  Also refer to SoftPaq SP4344 for the Compaq Support 
Symbols for Microsoft Windows NT 4.00 diskette.

HOW TO USE:

1.  Obtain four formatted 1.44 MB diskette.

2.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change
    to that directory.  The file that is downloaded is SP4343.EXE.

3.  From that drive and directory, execute the downloaded SoftPaq file:
      SP4343 [ENTER]
    and follow the on-screen instructions. The following files will be
    created:
       QRST5.EXE
       275866US._01
       275866US._02
       275866US._03
       275866US._04
       275866US.DOC

4.  Please read 275866US.DOC for instructions on using QRST5 to create
    the diskettes and for the steps to install the software.

5.  After the disks are created, you may delete the downloaded file
    SP4343.EXE and the other files it created from your hard drive if you
    wish.
