DESCRIPTION: This SoftPaq creates the MS-DOS and MS-Windows 95 NetFlex-3 
Support diskette, which contains DOS, Windows 3.1 and Windows 95 drivers 
for the Compaq NetFlex-3, NetFlex-3P, and Netelligent 10/100 PCI network 
controllers on Compaq Professional Workstations.  These drivers allow the 
network controllers to function in various network environments.

1. Obtain a formatted 1.44-MB diskette.

2. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change 
to that directory.  The file that is downloaded is an executable with 
a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above.

3. From that drive and directory, execute the downloaded file 
and follow the on-screen instructions.  You will be prompted to 
insert the formatted diskette in a drive to create the diskette.

4. After the diskette has been created, you may delete the  
SoftPaq file downloaded in step 2.

5. Refer to following files on the diskette for instructions on installing
and using the software:

   DOSODI.TXT   for Netware Client installation instructions
   MSCLIENT.TXT for Microsoft Client installation instructions
   VINES.TXT    for Banyan Vines Client installation instructions
   WFW311.TXT   for Windows 3.11 and Windows for Workgroups instructions
   WIN95.TXT    for Windows 95 installation instructions
   MSLANMAN.TXT for Microsoft LAN Manager installation instructions
