DESCRIPTION:  Creates the two-diskette set of Compaq Insight 
Management Agents for Microsoft Windows 95 and Windows NT 4.0 
for use with Armada 7300 and Armada 7700 Series notebooks.  
The Windows NT 4.0 agents can also be used with Armada 4100 
Series notebooks.  This product provides local alerting and 
SNMP agents for Compaq Portable Computers supporting 
Intelligent Manageability.  Local alerting notifies the user
if the system temperature has exceeded normal operating 
conditions or an imminent drive failure has been detected.  
SNMP agents allow the system to be managed by SNMP-compliant
Management applications such as Compaq Insight Manager. 

HOW TO USE:

1.  Obtain two formatted 1.44-MB diskettes.

2.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change 
to that directory.  The file that is downloaded is an executable with 
a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above.

3.  From that drive and directory, execute the downloaded file 
and follow the on-screen instructions.  You will be prompted to 
insert the formatted diskettes in a drive to create the diskettes.

4.  After the diskettes have been created, you may delete the  
SoftPaq file downloaded in step 2.

5. To install, click on Start, select Run, then enter: 
   a:\setup
