DESCRIPTION:  Creates a set of utility files that can be used with Intel 
LANDesk Configuration Manager (LCM) to upgrade to the 08/08/97 version 
System ROM in Deskpro 4000S and 4000N models in the 586b ROM Family.  
The ROM Family and ROM date can be determined by running F10 Setup.
LANDesk Configuration Manager is a remote configuration and program loading 
tool for network PCs.
This SoftPaq contains the initial version of the ROM Flash utility files, 
which are provided because the standard ROMPaq will not run under LCM.

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive.
The file downloaded is a self-extracting executable with a filename 
based on the SoftPaq Number above.

2. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions. 
Entering "Y" confirms the unpacking of several files. 

3. After the files have been created, you may delete the  
self-extracting file downloaded in step 1.

4. Refer to the file ASSIGNPW.TXT for instructions about the use of the 
utility programs.
