DESCRIPTION:  Unpacks the files needed to install the DOS video driver 
for ADI AutoCAD for the Matrox Millennium, Performance, or Millennium II 
video controller used in the above-referenced Deskpro models.  
Optionally allows a driver diskette to be created.

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq to a temporary, EMPTY directory on your 
hard drive.  The file downloaded is a self-extracting executable 
with a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above.

2. From the download directory, execute the SoftPaq.  When executed 
with no parameters, files are extracted into the current directory.
To extract the files into a different directory, specify the complete 
path of the directory as a parameter:

     SPxxxx <path> 

Enter "Y" to confirm and files are unpacked into the download 
directory or the directory specified.  A subdirectory is also
created containing Matrox driver files.  

3. After the files have been created, you may delete the  
self-extracting file downloaded in step 1.

4. The driver may be installed directly from the files on the download 
directory or a driver diskette can be created.  
To create a driver diskette, run MAKEDISK.BAT.
To install the driver, run the downloaded file INSTALL.EXE.  
For example, type in the path to the download directory containing the
files extracted in step 2 followed by the command INSTALL.EXE and press enter:
   c:\<path>\install 
Or if installing from a created diskette, enter:
   a:\install 
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
