DESCRIPTION:  This SoftPaq is for Japanese products, and cannot be run 
in United States mode.  It creates five diskettes:
- Two-diskette set for Compaq Support Software for MS Windows NT 3.51 
  and 4.0 (NT SSD kit), which provides the necessary drivers for 
  Windows NT 3.51/4.0 (Japanese) on Compaq Servers and Professional 
  Workstations.
- Three diskettes for Windows NT drivers for the following subsystems:
  - Matrox Millennium video controller
  - ELSA Gloria-L video controller
  - ESS AudioDrive audio controller

HOW TO USE:

1. Obtain five(5) formatted 1.44 MB diskettes.

2. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change 
to that directory.  The file that is downloaded is an executable with 
a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above.

3. From that drive and directory, execute the downloaded file 
and follow the on-screen instructions.  You will be prompted to 
insert the formatted diskettes in a drive to create the diskettes.

4. After the diskettes have been created, you may delete the  
SoftPaq file downloaded in step 2.

5. For installation instructions, run README on the 1st created diskette.
