PREREQUISITE: Before this new version of Compaq SpeedPaq ISDN
              drivers can be installed, any previous version of
              the drivers must be removed from the system.
              Refer to the Compaq SpeedPaq ISDN User's Manual 
              for instructions on removing drivers from the system.

DESCRIPTION:  Creates one or two diskettes containing updated 
Windows 95 drivers for the Compaq SpeedPaq ISDN adapter.

HOW TO USE:

1. Obtain two formatted 1.44-MB diskettes.

2. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change 
to that directory.  The file that is downloaded is an executable with 
a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above.

3. From that drive and directory, execute the downloaded file 
and follow the on-screen instructions.  You will be prompted to 
insert the formatted diskette(s) in a drive to create the diskette(s).

4. After the diskette(s) have been created, you may delete the  
SoftPaq file downloaded in step 2.

5. Verify that any previous drivers for Compaq SpeedPaq ISDN 
have been removed (Refer to the Compaq SpeedPaq ISDN User's Manual).

6. Reboot the system.
At the message, "New Hardware Found", insert the first diskette that 
was created into the diskette drive.

7. To complete the installation of the new driver, refer to the 
Compaq SpeedPaq ISDN User's Manual for details.
