controllers supported by these drivers, see Description below.

WARNING:  The graphics drivers on this diskette will only work 
with Windows NT 3.51.  Installing these drivers on other versions of this 
operating system will prevent the graphics sub-system from working 
reliably.

NOTE:  Systems running Windows NT 3.5 will still require SP1322.

DESCRIPTION:  Creates the Windows NT 3.51 Graphics Support for 
Compaq Computers diskette, which provides support for certain Cirrus 
Logic and QVision graphics controllers under Windows NT 3.51 only. 
To determine if your desktop unit has one of the graphics controllers 
listed above, click on the Display icon in the Control Panel, then click 
on the "Change Display Adapter" button, which will bring up the Display 
Type window.  Look for the "Adapter Type."

This release supports multiple QVision 1280/E/P controllers.  
Not all graphics drivers are on this diskette.  For graphics controllers 
which do not have drivers on this diskette, use the graphics drivers 
which are shipped with Windows NT or the graphics drivers which are 
shipped by Compaq on separate diskettes.
- Corrects issues with gray screens on some HTML documents using
  Netscape 3.01 with CL5446 and QV1280/P.

HOW TO USE:

1.  Obtain a formatted 1.44-MB diskette.

2.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change 
to that directory.  The file that is downloaded is an executable with 
a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above.

3.  From that drive and directory, execute the downloaded file 
and follow the on-screen instructions.  You will be prompted to 
insert the formatted diskette in a drive to create the diskette.

4.  After the diskette has been created, you may delete the  
SoftPaq file downloaded in step 2.

5.  Select Main/Control Panel/Drivers/Add.  
Highlight "Unlisted or Updated Driver" and select OK.

6.  Insert the newly created driver diskette into Drive A and select OK.

7.  Follow the prompts to complete the installation and restart the 
computer.
