DESCRIPTION:  This SoftPaq creates two files -- a description file 
and a self-extracting executable file.  The self-extracting executable 
file contains Compaq Support Software for Microsoft Windows NT 3.51 
and 4.0 that supports the subsystems and features listed below for 
Compaq Servers and Professional Workstations.
This same software is available in SoftPaq SP3247 in a form that 
creates diskettes rather than copying installation files to the hard disk.

HOW TO USE:

1.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change
    to that directory.  The file that is downloaded is SP3256.EXE.

2.  From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file:
       SP3256 [ENTER]
    The following files will be created:
       README.TXT
       NTSSD.EXE

3.  From the directory in which the files are created, execute the 
    self-extracting executable:
       NTSSD.EXE [ENTER]

4.  Follow the instructions on the screen to extract (unzip) the 
    support software files to a folder on your hard drive and run the 
    program SETUP.EXE to install the software.
