DESCRIPTION:  This SoftPaq creates two files-a description file and a 
self-extracting executable file.  The self-extracting executable file 
contains Compaq Support Software for Microsoft Windows NT 3.51 and 4.0 
that supports the following subsystems and features of Compaq Servers:

   NetFlex/NetFlex-2/NetFlex-3 network adapter family
   NetFlex-3 network adapter monitoring, configuration and duplex utility
   Compaq 10T PCI UTP and 10/100 TX PCI UTP
   IDA/IDA-2 disk controller
   SMART/SMART-2 array controller
   32-Bit SCSI-2 Family of controllers
   ProLiant Storage System
   System Management/Health driver
   UPS support
   Compaq Integrated Management Display Utility
   Compaq HAL Support (ISA, Uniprocessor, and Multiprocessor)
   Compaq Recovery Server, Standby Agent with SMART-2 support
   Compaq Recovery Server, Online Agent with SMART-2 support

HOW TO USE:

1.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change
    to that directory.  The file that is downloaded is SP3250.EXE.

2.  From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file:
       SP3250 [ENTER]
    The following files will be created:
       README.TXT
       SRVR.EXE

3.  From the directory in which the files are created, execute the 
    self-extracting executable:
       SRVR.EXE [ENTER]

4.  Follow the instructions on the screen to extract (unzip) the support 
    software files to a folder on your hard drive and run the program 
    SETUP.EXE to install the software.
