DESCRIPTION:  Creates the Compaq NetMeeting Enabler Applet 
diskette.  NetMDSVD software sets up the audio system 
on Armada 7700 Series notebooks for use with Microsoft 
NetMeeting, HyperTerminal, and Intel ProShare when the 
internal modem is operated in DSVD or speakerphone mode.

HOW TO USE:

1.  Obtain a formatted 1.44 MB diskette.

2.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and 
change to that directory.  The file that is downloaded is SP3203.EXE.

3.  From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file:
SP3203 [ENTER]
You will be prompted to place the formatted 1.44 MB diskette 
into a diskette drive to create the diskette.

4.  After the diskette is created, you may delete the downloaded 
file SP3203.EXE if you wish.

5.  Refer to README.TXT on the diskette for installation 
instructions.
